Hello Friends and welcome to October! It really is crazy how quickly this year is flying by. Hard to believe the holidays are literally right around the corner. But here’s one last furniture and accessories blog capsule before the ‘gather and gift giving’ season overtakes us! This month I’m highlighting my favorite pieces from the recent launch of Athena Calderone’s collaboration with Crate & Barrel. For those of you who don’t know who Athena is, I would describe her as the It Girl for all things cooking, entertaining and interior design. I was following her EyeSwoon blog years before I had any inkling that I would launch SOL Y MAR INTERIORS. She’s stunningly beautiful and incredibly talented in so. many. areas. Truly an inspiration for anyone, let alone anyone with a strong creative vein. But I digress. This post is not about Athena but rather the launch of her Modern European Collection in partnership with Crate & Barrel. Below are my favorite furniture and accessories from this collection. I hope you’ll find the sculptural silhouettes, interesting materials and that lovely shade of green just as fabulous as I did. 😉
